To ensure that our journalism reaches the people it is intended for, it is important for us journalists to understand the needs of our users: What is relevant to them? How would they like to be informed? And how can they communicate with us if they want to know more? In a digital world, this is more important than ever - because journalism is competing for people's attention with countless other offerings. What we know: Users want more solution orientation, a variety of perspectives and constructive dialog formats. But how do you get started in the day-to-day business of a newsroom? What best practices already exist and what know-how is important for an editorial team to get off to a constructive start? This workshop offers a deep dive and exchange of experiences for anyone who is on the way to constructive change in their reporting.
