Nature and environmental topics are the focus of Alexandra Hostert's journalistic work. She likes to tell stories with depth and overview through film, audio, and text, both as a speaker and live on air. As an editor, she works passionately with the team of the WDR podcasts "Quarks Daily" and "Quarks Daily Spezial." Her research on international nature conservation has taken her to numerous countries, resulting in documentaries, reports, features, and podcasts. She shares her experience as a lecturer with young journalists, among others. On the board of the association "WPK - Die Wissenschaftsjournalisten," she is committed to innovative and sustainable science journalism.
