Anna Ovcharenko is a media professional from Mariupol with seven years of experience. She is the owner of the online media outlet "TOCHKA SKHODU." After leaving Russian-occupied Mariupol, she took over as general director of the only surviving Mariupol TV channel, TV-7. During her tenure, she fully restored the TV channel's operations in digital format and set up four journalist bureaus in cities with the largest number of Mariupol residents. The company restored 60% of its material and technical base and launched new formats, focusing on the channel's work in evacuation.

In January 2024, with the support of the Media Development Foundation, she launched her own media outlet, TOCHKA SKHODU. Eighty percent of the team are media professionals from Mariupol and eastern Ukraine who left public TV to create independent content. The aim of the media outlet is to preserve and strengthen the community of diverse people from the East and Nadazovia.
