Dmytro Zinchuk is a Project Team Lead at Internews Ukraine, specializes in projects to increase community cohesion, media literacy, cooperation with regional journalists, coordination of scholarship and grant programs, organization of media events, communication of socially important topics, success stories of reforms, and European integration. He is also a country manager of the Expanding Production of Independent Content (EPIC), a regional project led by Internews. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Political Science ( National University of Ostroh Academy, Ukraine) and a master’s degree in East European Studies (Warsaw National University, Poland). In recent years, he has organized more than 70 events and training sessions for regional journalists, an online school for aspiring journalists, two hackathons for civic activists and journalists, three interactive installations, and participated in preparing a manual on reforms in Ukraine, and a comic book ‘ARTI vs. Fake’ on media literacy for children.
