Justus von Daniels has been editor-in-chief of CORRECTIV since 2019. He was an investigative reporter there from 2015 to 2018 and founded Correctiv.Lokal in 2018. With "Wem gehört die Stadt," he led one of the largest crowd research projects. He has received several awards for his work, including the Grimme Online Award and "Editor-in-Chief of the Year" in 2021. Justus has a doctorate in law, worked in the USA for several years, and was a freelance journalist.
