As a news journalist, he enjoys the speed and the art of packing important information into just a few sentences—or, as a science journalist, the opportunity to delve deep into topics in longer formats. After completing his traineeship at WDR, he remained loyal to the station: as a freelancer, he works for WDR Aktuell, Quarks, and the children's radio show "Die Maus," often covering topics related to energy, the environment, animals, law, and more.
