How we are building a community of practice to make journalism more user-centric

With Mattia Peretti, Agnes Stenbom and Shirish Kulkarni

Generative AI is the talk of the town but the audience is mostly missing from the conversation, with experiments focused primarily on gaining efficiencies. But we can’t make journalism more sustainable without radical new solutions and creating products that people actually want.
